Valuation Services

Lender Recovery Services offers nation-wide Valuation Services. Register and order BPO's on-line. Use the Registration button on the side bar. Your e-mail address is your user name and you will be assigned a password. At any time, you have the option to change your registration information. Registration requires you to agree to our terms of service and agree to our billing schedule before gaining access to the rest of this page. (Registration here, also allows you to have access to the Field Services page.)

There is no annual fee. You only pay for the services you choose. To order a BPO, log-in first then click on "Order BPO". You will have the option of ordering field services here as well. Make your selection and order the quantity of BPO's you would like. If you have more than 20, please contact me at betty@hmsys.com for special processing. After this you will be able to type in the addresses, due dates, etc. Be sure to put in the comments any special instruction you have.

If you are a vendor and not a lender, please register here, select the Vendor Information button on the side bar and complete a W-9 there.
