Subscriber Pricing

Subscriptions are office-based. One office is defined as one physical location employing 10 or fewer mortgage originators.

The current subscription fee is $600 per quarter per county. Renewals occur on the quarterly subscription date. Refer to the chart below for variations to the fee schedule for multiple offices. HMS reserves the right to change subscription fees at any time becoming effective on the next renewal date.

An invoice will be sent automatically to you e-mail address 30 days prior to your subscription expiration. This is the only notice you will receive. Unpaid accounts will be automatically suspended until payment is received. There is a $25 fee and temporary suspension for a check returned NSF.
